In the rare event you have a problem; here is the best way to deal with it: First, try to contact the bidder directly and see if there is a misunderstanding that can be easily corrected. If this fails, report your problem to us and we will investigate and try to get a speedy resolution. You also have the option of leaving a negative feedback.
